Communism? What communism?

It is interesting to note that over the decades we stopped hearing commends from the church about growth of communism in the US government. The leaders are encouraging as to be involve and to study the constitution. So we may recognize the plan of adversary to the plan of God. Here is the quote from byu.edu:
"President Lee... told Bro. Skousen... the prophet is under constant pressure to protect the church against our own government. He said the beast is alive and thriving and he said we are threatened constantly with annihilation of the church, its properties, its ways of doing things, by our own system of government. He asked Bro. Benson to give no more anti-Communist talks and you have not heard him since that time. It’s kind of interesting; we have to be aware that when the prophet is changed, that often the direction of the church is changed.
"And so we have an interesting assignment ahead of us, because we have gone to the point now where it is no longer possible for us to eliminate the secret combinations from around the world. Our assignment is to gather the church together as tightly as we can, to pull it together as strongly and as vigorously as we can."

The End of the line

I am not sure how much longer I will keep my pastry shop open. I tried and tried, but yet I am not making enough to pay my bills. I will have to wait until my lease is over and then do something else. It is sad, but being short 200 per day it makes it hard being happy. I hear so many complements about my shop, my product, but complements wont pay the bills.

I am tired...

I'm feeling very low today. When your future depends on someone else choices, it's really hard to be patient.

So many people think that if you have a business you are set with money. I have a retail store and waiting for customers to walk through the door can be very stressful. The only way that my door is still open, is because I sale my jams and jellies to few stores. This summer it has been the slowest in 8 years. Even jams and jellies slowed for the summer. Currently I am so broke I cant even afford to get a gallon of milk. I have to get supplies from my vendors just so I can make product to sale. I still do that, but I don't pay them with a check. Now I pay everything on the credit cards. It would be ok if I could pay them off, but so far I got 2 of them maxed out and hopping for a miracle. I am tired, very tired...

4th of July

4th of July it's a great day to reflect on, why I came to the United States of America. It happened 30 years ago (I still haven't learned the language) and after many years of trying and knocking on "Heavens Door" I was allowed to come here. With the help of the United States Embassy in 1984 I was able to enter American soil. 
We hear so much of America being this exceptional country. From the perspective of a foreigner I will say "yes". America is an exceptional country because our pioneers dedicated this land to God. This country was created on Judeo-Christian principles and as long as we will remember that and live it. We may continue on enjoying the blessings associated with that. I feel sadden that we are not living to the promises we made and that will cost us dearly.
Many countries emulate the constitution of the United States, but none of them can get near what we have, because constitution with out the bill of rights makes the country just another country. Even in Poland we always thought that America was special. There was a saying about USA, "if you go to the USA and you wont find something, at least you will find God". I sure did. 
It makes me sad how many people don't care about anything. Only themselves and how much they deserve to get from others. I have very mixed feelings about the future of America. On one hand we are trying to do better, be better, be closer to our Father in Heaven. On the other hand I see that the opposition of everything whats good is on the rise, and is on the rise on steroids. Is there a hope for this nation? Not sure. I am sure of one thing. God loves this nation and he will do whatever it takes to make sure we bend our knees, bow our heads and forgive one another. I feel that this is approaching fast. What do you think?

When you knock it shall be open.

For few years I’ve been working on my Jalapeno jellies to be the best product I could make. The word sure got around fast of how good they are. In 2012 I was selected with few others to participate in the TV show and promoting my product on The Blaze TV. In 2012 the name was still GBTV. Basically it’s Glenn Beck’s network. Exposure was nice but somehow not as much as I anticipated turned into sales.

About 8 months ago I got involved with a broker, which slowly but surely started putting my jellies into few local stores. My goal was to get into Associated Foods, but we got pushed back due to not selling enough of my jellies on my own.

Last week our broker was able to pitch my product to Kroger Foods. The largest groceries chain in North America. All they had to do is taste the jelly and they were convinced of the product. They will pick 4 flavors out of 7 which we do and they will put them in 45 stores in Utah. If the jellies will sale good, they will put us in 138 stores. You never know what will happen next.

I have been following the promptings of the Holy Spirit and here I am. Over 2 years ago the Lord told me that jams and jellies will be the direction I will be taking my business to.  I could not do this on my own and I pray that I will continue to live in the way of qualifying for the directions which I so need.

World War 3 ?

More than 50% of Americans thinks that cold war is coming, but I believe and feel that actually world war 3 is at our door steps. Its not something I want or desire, but the writing is on the wall and we can't be ignorant to that. The world is in commotion and it wont stop until our Savior will come and stop the war once and for all. And I am not saying that Jesus is coming tomorrow or next year. Before He will come, we will go through a lot of hardships, a lot. Depravity is on a rise globally. United States is not immune to chaos which is raging allover the world. We are just a little bit behind the wave. When it comes it will be more bloody and scary that what we currently see on TV in other parts of the world.

The only safety we can find is at home and for me, since I am Mormon, at the Temple as well. I am doing everything I can to make sure my family, we're living in the harmony of the gospel of Jesus Christ. I am really not sure if I could get peace of mind without my faith in Father in Heaven and his Son Jesus Christ.

Climate Change

You quite often hear that science and religion goes hand in hand. That's partial true. What I see is that science is trying to prove global climate changes mostly on man kind abuse of fossil fuel. The truth of a matter is, that we are experiencing physical consequence that is caused by a spiritual problem. And I also believe that there is room for science, but only one has been right so far 
If your point of view is based on the scriptures and you say this out loud. Even members of the church will look at you with the judgment. I believe in God and have faith in the whispering of the Holy Spirit. I know for this to be true and no science can shake my testimony. D&C 88: 86-94, Moses 7:48

Thinner than a thread

I am blown away with the situation of our country and with the ignorance of people. I can't believe that we have a President of the United States, which openly declares that he is going to do whatever he thinks is right to push forward his agenda and making Congress irrelevant if they wont give him what he wants. While he is declaring that, so many applause with the support to that idea.

Our founding-fathers put safety mechanism to prevent any man to have more power and become a dictator. What President Obama is doing is against the law and I wish people would see that. We must stop looking at “D” and “R” in front of the name and look at the person itself. We need God fearing leaders who promised to uphold the law and the constitution. There is only a handful in Washington DC with the integrity. It is scary how fast downward we are sliding. And to think that we use to (not that long ago) be a country everyone aspire to be.
